Master Plan – Port Klang, Malaysia
GD Economics staff helped prepare a new Masterplan for Port Klang, Malaysia that included an assessment of global and regional macro-economic conditions, an assessment of the regulatory environment for shipping, a competitiveness analysis, an analysis of recent trends in shipping and liner behaviour, throughput forecasts and revenue projections. In addition, options for the future development of the port, including an analysis of the potential for productivity improvements was provided.
